Placed an order and received within a week. Ordered slippers for myself and daughter. Super cute! Side note** Not sure why people who pay bargain prices for things complain so much! Complaining about shipping time, as if companies have control over how fast $#*! gets sent to you through shipping service! (During a pandemic where everything is shut dow) No I don't work for them but giving them 1 or 2 stars because you are impatient is wrong! Too many Karens in the world!
Do not buy from here. I'm from New Zealand and they either didn't send my order or they delivered it to the wrong address. Didn't say what address they 'delivered it' too just said a suburb in a completely different postcode that was stated. I'm fuming because customer service is just as bad, probably talking to a bunch of robots.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option I still haven’t received my package and it’s been over 30 days to ship to Aus, absolute joke. I messaged the company thinking it was lost and they said oh sorry shipping delays.. it sat in the same sport for 20days before moving and still hasn’t even made it to my country, do not purchase!

While shopping online most of the shoes I really liked were already sold out in my size, so I was excited when I found others I liked that were my size. Unfortunately they all fit small and were sold out in the other sizes so I couldn't exchange them. I also bought a dress that fit good but the material was thin and see through.
I ordered a pair of heel from them for my birthday and they sent me wrong order and money was already taken from my account. When I asked for my order they asked me to return the wrong order and the main thing is they don't even provide you with the return label. I had to print label on my own which took me extra 17$. I had to pay extra money for their mistake. This is so frustrating and irresponsible. Never ordering again. They ruined my birthday.
I ordered my shoes on a Thursday night, and by Sunday i recieved it in my p. O box. I was expecting a longer shipping date, due I live across country in florida. Also, good price for all the shoes I ordered.
I wear a size 10 and it is hard sometimes to find shoes that I like and the styles I like. I have purchases many shoes from Miss Lola even when it was Lola Boutique. And did I mention I have big calves as well. This is where I get my shoes. I have only sent one pair back cause they was a narrow fit. You take chances ordering shoes on-line but I'm never disappointed at all when I receive anything from Miss Lola. And the quality is 100%. Also shipping dates are on point. You can at least speak with someone. And also shoes are perfectly wrapped in these shoe wraps that have MISS LOLA on it, also discount cards for your next purchase as well..But those are entitled to their opinion. I love MISS LOLA and a fan for life.

I bought some platform sandals a few months ago and the back side of the shoe ripped off within hours of the first use. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all, making it so difficult for me to get my money back even after I sent them pictures. Till this day I still have those useless shoes that I only got to wear FOR A FEW HOURS
I haven't ordered anything from this company. I stumbled across the website because I did a reverse image lookup on a pair of shoes I found on "Shoesido". I thought it was strange, no one was leaving comments on their (Shoesido) pg. Come to find out the shoes from Shoesido were the exact pair of shoes on MissLola. Now what i found strange on MissLola's Instagram pg, is that ppl were leaving emojis in the comment section, instead of actual comments. Seems like a red flag. Which is a pity because i really liked those shoes.
My package never arrived and the tracking number said it was sent back to the sender due to wrong address. I proved them that it was the right address and they wanted me to pay more money for shipping, in essence they ended up charging me or ripping me off for something I never receive. They were horrible to speak to and no sympathy at all.
WEBSITE HAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Shoes is definitely not true to size. I order a half size up(8 1/2) from what I normally wear (8). My 10 year old daughter that wear a 3 in kids could almost fit them. I had to pay $20 just to ship them back and they wouldn't even refund me the shipping I originally paid. When I asked why the website said true to size when they're not the answer I got is they order from different vendors they didn't know. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and got them fast but none of the shoes fit. I'm a size 11 and the shoes were way too small. My daughter a size 9 fit the shoes perfectly. I was also irritated to find out I pay for return shipping. They didn't care that I emailed them to say the size was not true. All they said was to return. DISGUSTING!
